RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for the operational success of the site with multiple retail vendors
Stock Control
People management and training
Revenue Budgets and margin management
Production planning
Service Level Agreements and compliance with suppliers
Ensure world-class standards are met to benefit from all your efforts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 7 years of retail experience in an FMCG store
Must have experienced each part of the value chain of retail in their employment history
Have managed and led a large workforce to deliver successfully monthly and annual budgets
Degree in Management/ similar or same qualification
Currently holding the role of a store manager which has managed several vendors or suppliers on their store floor
