We have an exciting opportunity for a Telephonic Research Specialist – 1 – 2 Months Contract (possibility of Perm.) Kenilworth – Cape Town, to gather valuable information to compile it into accurate and insightful reports. As a Telephonic Research Superstar, you will be providing an important service to our client feedback insight hub.

WORK FROM THE OFFICE!

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct pre-arranged business-to-business research among mid- to senior-tier management respondents.
Compile and type accurate, concise, insightful research reports. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, and the ability to assimilate the interview into an insightful report paramount.
The knack of probing for meaningful nuggets of information while keeping a friendly conversation going.
An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Salary: R80 per hour
Contract: 1 – 2 Months ( possibility of going Permanent)
