Marite Property Administrators has a job opportunity for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager (residential & commercial). The position is immediately available.

The person we require should by able to easily adapt and manage in an environment which is fast paced, ever-changing and especially challenging.

Previous experience is a plus.

Duties include - but are not limited to:

Financial:

Budget Preparation
Manage all Financial Queries on levy statements
Assist with Audit queries
Account Reconciliations - debtors and creditors
Pastel experience would be an advantage

Admin:

Filing
Day-to-day running of Bodies Corporate and Home Owners' Associations
Daily email queries
Compile general notices; complaint letters
Communicate with Trustees
Attend all scheme meetings
Compile meeting documentation and convene meetings - IGM, AGM, SGM, Trustee Meetings etc.
Typing of minutes
Property inspections, walk-throughs, snagging
Liaise with Finance Department and Maintenance Department
Manage 10-year Maintenance Plans of schemes
Ensure all schemes are CSOS compliant
Candidate is to have own, reliable transport.
