We’re seeking a Sales Consultants on a Perm contract for a client within the banking industry to To promote and sell the Bank’s product bouquet to clients through sales activities in a responsible manner. Responsible for sourcing and developing new contacts/prospects and sales leads through the Bank’s internal leads campaigns and your own
referrals.To be based in Worcester

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Focus- Achieve customer growth, revenue and
collections targets as defined by the bank Inform customers about digital banking services
Risk & Compliance Focus
Collect and review financial information
Identify customers’ needs and make custom recommendations
Cross-sell financial products and services
Assist with retirement planning, loan applications, stock investment and other services
Marketing Focus,research the latest market trends to identify opportunities
Analyze investment plans
Monitor transactions and financial procedures

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum 3 years of sales experience dealing with customers.
RE qualification not a must but would be advantageous – Must be within DOFA Date
Credit and Criminal clear
Proven track sales experience.
Proven sales records with a possible 3 payslips proving commission or incentive.
Must have a Valid C1 driver’s license and be able to drive.
Faise Credits – Minimum 60 credits a must.
