An established Restaurant / Bar in Lynnwood Pretoria is looking for a Manager to join their team. Candidate must be a hard working and ambitious individual who can run a busy Restaurant / Bar floor.

Skills:
Management of a Restaurant / Bar with 3+ years experience
Experience with Restaurant Administration & Cash Ups (Essential)
Strong communications skills (Afrikaans and English)
Knowledge of GAAP system (Preferred)
Confident working in a very busy environment
Must show good problem solving skills
Must be able to take instruction and direction
Must be a good team leader
Must show good people skills (in dealing with customers and staff)

Duties:
Communicate and manage both FOH and BOH staff
Stock control
Closing procedures
Handles guest problems and complaints
Be professional at all times
