Providing committed process and operational assistance to all business units of the Company within the specified region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gaining a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements related to process and operations.
Continuously reviewing and enhancing performance against contractual and operational KPIs.
Reviewing, developing, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with contractual and best practices.
Reviewing, developing, and enhancing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to comply with contractual and best practices.
Continuously reviewing and improving efficiency regarding chemical dosing regimes with the collaboration of Engineering and Procurement.
Evaluating client processes and identifying potential improvements with the assistance of Engineering.
Formulating optimization plans related to the site(s).
Providing training to supervisors and operators regarding performance improvement, best practices, CIP (Cleaning in Place), and other relevant requirements.
Ongoing support to the regional Field Services Engineer and National Field Services Manager regarding existing regional SLA Contracts is also part of the responsibilities.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements related to process and operations.
Continuously review and enhance performance against contractual and best practice operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Review, develop, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with contractual and best practices.
Review, develop, and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure compliance with contractual and best practices.
Continuously review and improve efficiency regarding chemical dosing regimes with the support of Engineering and Procurement.
Evaluate client processes and identify potential improvements with the support of Engineering.
Prepare optimization plans related to the site(s).
Provide training to Field Service engineers and millwrights regarding performance improvement, best practices, CIP (Cleaning in Place), and other relevant requirements.
Offer commissioning support.
Assist millwrights and field service engineers with input for the scope of work related to RFQs and accompany them for site visits when necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. or B.Eng. (Chemical) graduate
ECSA Registration as a Candidate Engineer would be an advantage
Three to five year’s experience as a process engineer in water treatment, operations, turnkey
projects or a similar field
Cooling tower chemistry and optimization experience will be an advantage
Dewatering equipment optimisation and operation will be an advantage
Computer Literacy In The Google Workspace Tools And Experience With Cloud Computing, such As DocuSign Etc.
