Job Description
The Managing Executive will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and effectively leading the overall growth and success of the business unit. With a primary focus on Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Services, Contracting and Perm placements by providing innovative workforce solutions, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant qualification.
Professional certifications (Advantageous).
5 - 8 years leadership experience in the staffing industry.
Experience leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managing Services.
Experience developing strategies and effective operating models
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy and Policy Development
Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy, including expansion plans, market penetration, and revenue growth within the RPO, Managed Services and Perm placements sectors.
Develop and execute a strategic vision for operating model and frameworks to support the strategic growth plans.
Client Engagement & Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring our services meet and exceed their expectations.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the business unit’s footprint in the RPO and Managed Services markets.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the business’ success and make data-driven decisions.
Operations Management
Ensure effective management and core business processes are in place at all levels and working effectively, including tech optimisation and deployment.
Oversee the operations of the company in ways consistent with strategic goals and performance targets; review performance against operational excellence criteria and performance targets, organise counter measures when required, harness metrics, analytics and business intelligence to make smart workforce and business decisions.
Financial Management
Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability, with a focus on profitability and growth.
Analyse and interpret financial variance trends across fiscal years to identify and address areas of concern.
Management of a cash strategy in collaboration with Finance objectives that drives compliance to the credit insurance policy and ensures to achievement of the agreed cash management collections targets.
Reporting and Analysis
Stay up to date and informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights which inform the business’ strategy where required.
Compliance
Oversee compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating risks and liabilities for the company.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead and manage the Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Services, Contracting and Perm placements teams, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a positive work environment and promote continuous learning and professional growth.
Participate as custodian and support in tender/ sales projects.
Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
