SUMMARY

We are recruiting for a Debtors Clerk to support the Finance Officer and to provide core administrative support to the finance function.

You will be reporting directly to the finance officer and be responsible and accountable for delivering the full function of a debtors and creditors clerk.

Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for debtors clerk
Receiving and reconciling petty cash
Monitor and validate all incoming invoices
Recording of transactions
Maintain computerised accounting system
Maintain accounts receivable system

Requirements

Matric | Grade 12
Bcom / accounting qualification same or similar
Clear Credit Record
Minimum 3-5 years holding the same or similar role
