Before joining the HR department at the Dept of Health, I worked for a few private companies, ranging from sales, customer service, general debtors and creditors. I worked for the Dept of Health for 13 years as an HR Generalist. I was exposed to all areas of HR, including Labour Relations , Recruitment and selection and Skills Development. I was later successful for a supervisor post and was in charge of 6 subordinates. Checking and approving system work on Persal iro of benefits, leave, pay progression and all general work ie. Filing, updating employee information, medical aid, housing etc.
