I currently work as a scheme co-Ordinator for Safrican Insurance Company, where I am responsible providing general leadership, managing and motivating those who work with me, ensuring that scheme promoters are remunerated on time and correctly, completion of reports, working with walk in clients. I wish to expand my career further with an opportunity for growth. The past 4years working for Safrican, I have gained a reputation for making the right choices on key decisions about managing, sales, marketing products. My prior work experience has given me a strong sense of understanding people I work with, people I provide leadership to, clients and people in general.
