I am a qualified and registered as an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist (IOP) professional with the HPCSA and with my accumulated working experience, I am able to utilise my professional knowledge and skills of the application of psychology principles in the workplace. I began my IOP experience as an Intern Psychologist at the Military Psychological Institute (MPI). Prior to that, I had acquired HR experience at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) and Tutoring/Lecturing experience at the University of the Witwatersrand. I am currently worked as an IOP at Mogoma Research and Development where I conduct medicolegal and psychometric assessment and report writing. My accumulated working experience spans from organizational development interventions, talent and performance management, HR policies, training and development, career counselling, group facilitation, talent acquisition and succession planning, conducting psychometric assessments for all organizational processes, medico-legal assessments and report writing. This has enabled me to be a competent IOP professional in today’s fast-paced and dynamic working environments. I aspire to provide exceptional IOP services which is based on sound scientific and professional evidence, while allowing myself and my peers to explore, learn and grow. I bring along a burst of positive attitude and strong work ethic which is evidenced by the professionalism and integrity I uphold when dealing with all stakeholders. Over and above this, I have advanced research capabilities. I enjoy research and strongly believe it is the key to generating solutions for past, present and future problems within organisations.
