I have three years of practical and theoretical experience in the hospitality industry which I gained throughout my studies at The Aleit Academy (”The Academy”) as well as one year of hands-on practical experience in social media management and digital marketing from my time of interning with Electric Egg (”EE”) in Somerset West. During my studies at The Academy and my internships at The South African Image Academy (”SA Image”) and EE, I have learnt and applied just that. I have developed in depth skills and knowledge regarding effective client liaising throughout my course, excellent organisational and administration skills from my time being at The SA Image Academy, and learned how to use computer software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Google Suite and Trello from my time with EE. In my current and previous positions I have been and still am in charge of managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, completing ad-hoc admin tasks, assisting and managing content and helping to develop brands from various industries. I also have great interpersonal skills and experience with client liaising. Most recent clients I have contributed and worked with includes: Lourensford Experiences, Bakenhof Wedding Venue, Toringkerk, Barker & Quin Finest Tonic Water, Lanzerac and Raising Wildlings Blog.
