Manage a team of 8 facilitators nationally. Head up the internal training program and the training and development of our facilitators as they are based nationally. Have two Seta accredited courses compiled and implemented by myself and one in the pipeline. Design, research and implement programs from start to end including costing, time and manpower. I deal with different Organisations/Companies daily and have made great progress with all the companies we work with. My main focus areas are Motivation presentations, conflict Resolution, Change management, Soft Skills, Community facilitation, Project Management, sales training, train the trainer, Entrepreneur training and new business development.
