Good day, Thank you considering my application. The past 15 years have presented me with various opportunities to contribute to various organisations in different capacities. Although I’ve occupied various roles, the areas of specialisation that I have developed are in the areas of Operations Management, Customer and Stakeholder Servicing, Servant Leadership and Early Childhood Development. Throughout my working career I have always acknowledged my ability to manage projects within the boundaries of Time, Cost and Quality. These skills have been applied from the Lean Startup/ Agile approach to starting my business; to various concerts and events I’ve planned. Using my new Agile Scrum Master knowledge (recently certified), I was able to purchase a rundown home and slowly commenced the transformation of the home using the Scrum methodology. Due to the downturn in the economy, I‘m unable to continue buffering the effects of inflation and sadly closing the doors to my school after 6 years. I look forward to bringing these newly developed skills and personal attributes into a corporate environment where I can contribute to the growth of the economy and country as a whole. My entrepreneurial journey has taught me how to make strategic decisions for organisational growth with given constraints, how to leverage data for better decision-making. It also taught me how to speak Tech or Exec, Risk and Compliance, how to drive sales and win clients. It taught me how to drive an Agile environment and optimize its productivity while doing so. Prior to self-employment, I left corporate with an impeccable track record and my references will gladly attest to my knowledge, skills and character. I am keen to re-enter the corporate world where I can continue using my range of skills and competencies to add to the organization growth. I bring with me skills such as Business Management, Lean operations management and stakeholder management. My grit has been refined over the past 6 years and this will prove evident in a high-pressure environment where additional expectations are placed on team members.
