I used to work Part-time since 2016 until 2019. I started Working permanent in December 2018 until January 2020 it was in Service with Protea Hotel O.R Tambo by Marriott but I performed the tasks of a Commis chef and CDP over different shifts. After loosing some staff I had to Take on the Role of CDP running station and teaching students from hotels the standard.
