I graduated with a B Com Honours Degree in Human Resources Management from MANCOSA and also possess a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM). I also have a full understanding of the Human Resource Management including but not limited recruitment and selection, employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies, transformation and change management initiatives, and Business Process Reengineering. I have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. I am currently employed as a Manager responsible for Human Resource Development responsible for amongst others: performance management, HR policies and procedures, training and development and change management. I have also taken on the roles of Human Resources Manager and Head: OD, HR Planning and Training & Development with my previous employment
