I have currently completed my Chemical Engineering Bachelor of Technology at the Durban University of Technology. I am currently seeking employment in my field of study. I am full of initiative as well as ideas and have an excellent work ethic. I consider myself to be proactive, resourceful, highly organized and deadlines oriented, with the ability to multi-task and co-ordinate a number of high priority tasks at any one time. I possess a strong analytical aptitude and show great attention to detail. I have excellent interpersonal skills and I am always willing to take part in continuous education. I am creative and display the ability to think logically and critically. I am mathematically inclined and have good problem solving skills. I consider myself a team player and have excellent technical knowledge. I am skilled in all aspects of chemical engineering including process computer simulation, development, equipment sizing and specification. I also have hands-on experience in making sure that standards of quality are met while production costs are kept as low as possible. I am competent and familiar with aspects of laboratory work as I have experience working in a laboratory as well as conducting practicals, and show attention to detail in planning and organizing. I have the proven ability to use applied research and problem-solving skills for establishing the root cause of any chemical-related failure, as well as heading any investigations.
