I began my career as a Senior Executive for an Advocate which formed the foundation for my advanced administrative skills, liaising with Senior personnel (Advocates and Judges) and performed at high levels in terms of organisational and interpersonal skills. I thereafter began my tenure at the Durban International Convention Centre in the Marketing, Sales and Events department. I worked on numerous projects at the Durban ICC with key focus areas on Project Management (supervise and co-ordination of National, International and Durban ICC internal Marketing events), Sales (which included sponsorships, brand activities and Trade Exchanges), PR, Stakeholder & Industry Partner relationships, Corporate Image and Brand Awareness, Customer Relationship Management & Internal Communication, Budgets, Corporate Social Initiatives, theICC Student Ambassador Programmes and Support to the Marketing Director and Corporate Affairs Manager. I am always open to embracing change and forming new friendships and believe that we are only as good as the teams we work with. I have an accommodating manner and consider time management and multi-tasking to be my top skills. My personal attributes which I have practiced through out my career and continue to do so are Integrity, Honesty and respect.
