I am a statistician from Italy with 13 years of experience in Europe and South America. I have worked for international corporations, including banks and telecommunications companies, and been responsible for statistical modelling in areas like Credit, Marketing (CRM) and Fraud. I have extensive experience developing analytics and business intelligence. I have also worked as a senior Analytics Manager for GetNet Santander (acquiring transactions and electronic payments). In my previous position, I built a team from scratch, introduced processes and KPIs in order to develop a new fraud analytics strategy for the company. During the 7 years that I worked with Itaú bank, I gained invaluable experience in numerous key areas, such as developing statistical modelling techniques to increase market penetration of new financial products and minimise losses. My most valuable asset is combining analytical skills and insight with business strategy to increase companies’ results. Throughout my career, I have always had good relationships with managers, colleagues and clients, and work well building and leading teams. I have been living in Dublin since November 2018, I’ve taken a short career break to relocate and spend time with my family, and to improve my English. I’m now keen to get back into fulltime employment.
