I am an Admitted Attorney suitably qualified, having a passion and capability for the areas of Commercial Law, Litigation and Regulatory Affairs. In my current working environment, I work closely with mobile network operators, money transfer organizations and financial institutions to bring payment services to the unbanked. I manage the BAU unit having been charged with reviewing, drafting and negotiating the B2B BAU contracts and I also have regulatory engagements with Central Banks in the countries wherein we seek to offer our services alongside the mobile network operators, money transfer organizations and financial institutions. As we have now launched a B2C product, I will be working on any license applications and BAU contracts in respect of this client-facing product.
