My name is Tlotlo Golekanye, I am a Hospitality Manager During my 11 years career in the hospitality industry in Botswana, I have escalated my responsibilities from Waiter, to Barman, to Floor Manager, to finally become a Fine Dining Restaurant Manager during my last employment at Basilico Italian Restaurant, near the State House, in Gaborone. I have a Certificate in Restaurant Management which I have obtained from the University Of Cape Town (UCT). During my work experience I had the opportunity to work assisting clients providing them with them best customer service in the front of the house, in direct contact with Customers ensuring customer satisfaction mastering operations such dealing with complaints on the phone online and in person. Given the nature and the location of the restaurant I managed, I had to insure that our high-end clientele was constantly having the best possible experience. I have got good computer literacy, which I can apply to elaboration of written proposals, menu elaborations and layout, as well as costs and sales control.
