I blossom in a culture oriented towards the end result. I require a work context centered around the attainment of objectives, and which values individual accomplishments. I quite easily accept having clear rules to respect, and discipline, but I also like that initiatives are tested to progress working methods. Being in a competitive culture is stimulating for me because I know where I am expected and what is being judged. I am critical, organized, independent, hardworking and detailed.
