Dear Hiring Manager, As a highly motivated Business Student, I am excited to start a challenging internship in September 2020. The Bachelor International Business and Management, that I am currently following, gives me to experience an internship (mandatory) for an international company, with a duration of 5 to 6 months. Since I started Business School, I learned a lot about my interests and strengths and weaknesses. In the last year, I discovered a passion for planning. This passion led me to a extraordinary interest for Supply Chain and Logistics. In my current Bachelor Program, I learned all branches of the business there are. Examples are Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Business Development. Having studied all these different branches of a business, helped me filter the things I do not like. This insight, got me to the conclusion that I enjoy working with numbers and punctuality. Therefore Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Finance, are branches within a business that excite me. At my current side-job, I have learned to work detail orientated. The restaurant I have been working for since 2013, gave me the freedom to improve myself. I started as a 14 year-old dishwasher with no specific talents or ambition. After a few years of commitment and hard work, I started to work my way up, especially in the summer times. This taught me to hold responsibility in the kitchen. Moreover, this was my first experience with planning, since I had to work hard and at the same time plan the needed supply for the coming days. This job gave me the skill of working detail-orientated and independent. My personal goal in life has always been to get the best out of myself. In the years at Business School, getting the best of myself had its ups and downs. At the moment, I feel like I am ready to start a challenge at a real company, for my professional development. On top of that, I am excited to participate in daily practices of an international company. The starting date of the internship is in September. There is a possibility to start a few weeks earlier.
