I have over 15 years’ experience in Accountancy Human Resources and Payroll within the Financial Services, and Information Technology Industries. I started my working career at Europcar as a Trainee Accountant where I gained my foundational skills in Accountancy and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. At PWC I managed a large payroll, implementing various new processes and procedures that are aligned with the latest statutory regulations. In my previous roles I managed 6 payrolls of about +-600 employees within different entities. At the companies I've worked at I've implemented ESS as the payslips and leave were done manually whereby, I engaged with SAGE on a suitable solution and did the heavy lifting to ensure the project was a success. I implemented a HRM module integrated with Payroll for seamless processing of input and record keeping. I’m excellent at dealing with third party engagements at Micro and Macro levels such as SARS and Pension or Provident service providers. I have a sound knowledge on Payroll Taxes. One of my greatest achievements was being awarded managing directors award for outstanding for learning and growth.
