Starting out in IT in 1998 in the Cobol/Mainframe environment and growing through the years with mostly on the job training I can safely say with confidence (without arrogance) that I consider myself as an expert in: 1. SAP INTEGRATION Having got into the IT Field through COBOL training as one of my two formal training in the IT field, the other being ABAP/4 and SAP HCM, I have managed to advance myself through sheer dedication and the willingness to learn in whatever field I'm being thrust into within the SAP Environment. I have in the process picked up a lot of configuration skills and integration skills. I also have a lot of experience in Cutover processes and Cutover management.
