I am an experienced professional banker with a NQF 6 in banking services. I have ten years working experience with Absa. I started as a temp teller in 2009, got permanent in 2011 as a teller until 2014 when I was appointed as a Branch Administrator. In 2017 I was appointed as Customer Service and Hosting Manager. In 2019 got promoted to a Branch Manager position in Absa Nkandla. I have 5 years in a leadership role, managing different people of dynamics and diverse cultures. I have an ability to build a team, and influence people to strive towards a common goal. I am purpose driven, focused individual and passionate about driving excellence.
