Thembani is Civil Engineering Technologist with a Bachelor of Technology Degree (BTech) in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical). He has experience in engineering design, project management, site supervision, detailed engineering drawings preparation and geotechnical investigation. Attained a track record of completing projects within the time frame and allocated budget, which resulted in saving additional capital. Mr Baloyi has mastered engineering softwares namely; AutoCAD Civil 3D for engineering structure design, TechnoCAD for water supply system design, Slide (RocScience) for assessing the stability of slopes, gINT for the preparation of soil profile logs and Microsoft Project for monitoring project activities.
