I have worked in the secondary production for a period of 6 years doing routine laboratory duties ,my greatest highlight was when I was tasked to represent the organisation during external audits for iso 9001 and quality seveillience system ,due to the fact that I was responsible for all the testing instrumentation in the laboratory and inreracting with service providers wjere needed ,contract packaging external customer product and completion of report to the customer for product approval and release was also one of my highlights as well,I went on to work for the primary production where I was exposed to monitor and control 6 processes as a shift laboratory supervisor ,my duties largely entail preparation of chemicals ,calibrations of instruments and general maintenance of testing equipment ,in process control and monitoring to outlined specification of all the works processes, I have developed the skill to communicate well over the years and problem solving is one of my special attributes on personal and work wise.I have good leadership skills ,with my style being that to optimizer and bench mark the system giving it the rightful path to follow for those I have been tasked to lead, I am highly innovative person in food product development and calculations is also one of my strong points .I did product development on freelancing basis until I jointed the logistics operations .
