I am an experienced Communications Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. Skilled in leadership, strategic planning, social media, business strategy, and content management, I now work in the consultancy space, were I assist clients from various industries (primarily start-ups) in the conceptualization and implementation of the marketing, brand and communication strategy. This entails assisting with ensuring that the strategy and management of the brand is up to date and exciting to the client. I have worked on various communications and marketing initiatives such as event planning; content creation for events, newsletters and online platforms; project management for digital and print branding; and facilitating events. On the technical side I have been part of teams developing apps and websites and have extensive experience in Microsoft Office and project management tools. I enjoy being challenged and working under deadlines forms part of my daily job. I am passionate about writing and research and can work well both by myself and within a functional team.
