I am a skilled professional with experience in Contact Centres inbound and Outbound as a Senior Manager within telecommunications. Developing strategy and policy formulation skills in public service and private sector. I worked for Telkom SA as an Operations Manager for 8 years in Call Centre and with Vodacom SA for 3 years as Divisional Head: Retail and Call Centre operations responsible for developing sales strategies for all 8 Vodacom regions. Between 2008 - 2018 I was employed at Companies and intellectual property commission at Trade and Industry as Senior Manager: Policy, Research & Innovation for 9 years and 7 months. I am currently employed by AURECON SA as an Executive for Customer service operations within Southern Africa since July 2019.
