I am currently studying a Business program at Regenesys Business School on a part-time basis twice every month. I have built my core work value as a performance-driven team lead with viable Data and Business Analyst skills and as also served as a sales and Customer Experience supervisor having possessed valuable working experience in diverse department especially in Customer/Sales telecommunication services and facilities. I have valuable years of qualitative and quantitative experience in field sales research which have allowed me to impact several areas in the urban business space in Nigeria ranging from telecoms, facility management, garment and textile and the building industry. I am confident that my years of professional experience, as well as my talent and passion for business growth, makes me an ideal candidate. In my last role as the Team lead of Swift Smart Business Backend Support and also double as a data analyst in Swift Customer Retention Unit with other assigned responsibilities, I have a well-deserved reputation for getting work done on time and within the desired Service Level Agreement. I have a track record of teamwork, data management, business analysis, leadership, customer satisfaction and technical delivery which has been as a result of communication skills, negotiation skills and sales skills that is useful in securing new business deals.
