I worked in a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon’s rooms for 7 years where I performed all the needed Nursing jobs, such as removal of sutures and clips, dressings, applying and removing of Plaster of Paris, I also assisted the Surgeon with minor procedures in the rooms. I carried out all the ordering of stock, including medical stock, stationary. I also ran the reception. I did the Debtors, Creditors and Collections as well as handing non compliant accounts over to the Attorneys. I did the medical billing and ICD 10 coding and Quote’s for procedure’s, and liaised between the Doctor and other Doctors as well as the medical schemes.
