I have always considered myself to be a value adding, self-motivated, innovative, bold, dedicated individual with high efficiency to liase and communicate well with people of various calibers. My organizational skills coupled with good planning skills enable me to manage my responsibilities well. I am an excellent team player and can work on my own initiatives when needed. I have worked as a team leader in grain handling and storage companies (NWK, SENWES and AFGRI) from 2002 - 2014, and within this period I joined the Animal Feeds Manufacturing division of AFGRI where I worked my way up in manufacturing and in 2017 I joined Tiger Milling. I have an excellent understanding of the English and Afrikaans languages and am proficient in MS Office, Oracle and SAP programs. I have knowledge of FSSC 22000 (Food Safety), ISO2200 and HACCP. Objectives I am growth driven, challenge driven and looking for a full-time employment in an environment that offers a greater challenge, opportunity for growth, increased benefits for my family, and an opportunity to help the company advance efficiently and productively.
