I am a highly experienced customer service/team/call centre manager with over six years experience working within the financial services industry. I have managed teams of up to 21 sales (long term insurance), payments and customer support consultants (card and EFT payments). I have also spent 4 years of my career managing teams within a regulated environment (FAIS, SARB and HMRC) and have experience dealing with various regulators including the FSCA, HMRC and SARB.
