I am a 24 years old female with a passion for helping others around me. Although I am still young my strengths lie in the fact that I can be successful as an individual as well as a team. I am a person who is innovative, proactive, adaptable to change, a fast learner, and a person who is always willing to go above and beyond what is required to ensure that I can provide the highest level of care to those who are in need. Plans: Short-term: Specialization in emergency medicine, a passion that was brought forth as a student, by completing ACLS, ATLS, PALS & CVSA courses. Completing these courses it will grant me the opportunity to enhance my overall knowledge. Medium-term: To work onboard an International Cruise Ship, following the completion of the above-mentioned courses, allowing myself to increase my networking, knowledge and skill base. Long-term: Working toward a managerial position in order to have a greater impact on the public healthcare system. Allowing me to better patient care which is offered in the public healthcare system.
