I am an Industrial Psychologist. I am grateful to have worked in different environments, including a training/consulting environment with SETA regulations and the medico-legal field. My colleagues, employers, supervisors and lecturers have commended me for my outgoing personality that aids my interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and willingness to face challenges. Currently I am unemployed. At my most recent job as an Industrial Psychologist, I was working within the medico-legal field. I performed assessments, wrote reports, wrote joint minutes and performed research relating to loss of earnings claims. Prior to that position, I was performing various HR functions within the training/consulting environment. This included, but was not limited to: performing disciplinary hearings, assisting with internal training and development, developing and implementing induction of staff, assisting with the retrenchment process, etc.
