I have been a secretary, personal assistant and an executive personal assistant throughout my 30 working years. My accuracy is the key to returning professional reports, minutes of meetings and any other written form of communication and telephone messages. I carry a wealth of computer knowledge and am a fast learner on all programs weather it be data capturing, record keeping, emailing, inhouse accounting programs, inhouse communication between staff, security records, stock control, staff records and confidential records. I am thoughtful, yet assertive and know my place. I make a point of finding out how every employer wants their tasks carried out. I fulfil obligations prioritised by my superiors or take my own initiative when tasks are handed to me for urgent assessment. I meet deadlines no matter what it takes. I am a reliable, punctual, friendly, approachable, and very respectful of all staff members / team mates. I work hard in every position that I am given and capable of far more than what my obligations and duties are. I make it my mission to learn as much as I can wherever I am placed, thus enabling me to carry out duties that are out of my job description.
