I am a keen learner and adapt well to change. I am able to communicate clearly and with confidence. I work well as part of a team and as an individual who prides herself in always doing my best. After school I worked at Woolworths in Canal Walk from 2004 up to and including February 2007. I gained a lot of experience in Customer Care and Customer Liaison during my employment with Woolworths. I then moved on to work for Clicks Head Office as an Admin Assistant in their accounts department. I assisted in reconciliation of orders, placing orders, reconciliation of payments, etc. Aiming for better I then worked for Kevro as an Admin Assistant as well also in their accounts department. My contract ended and I then found employment with the Democratic Alliance doing tele canvassing on an ongoing temporary basis. I have also temped at JBB Properties doing general filing, administration and switchboard duties. I also worked at MPG a division of Indepedent News and Media. Required to make both outbound sales and service calls as well as receive and respond to all inbound calls and queries on behalf of MPG SA This responsibility is related to phone calls as well as management of assigned sectors including all communications with clients including emailing, internet site queries and interacting on mobile applications I am dedicated to my work and am able to take any problem and solve it with integrity.
