I am an experienced Assistant with five years’ experience providing pleasant customer service, I have managed to be selected to take part in a NQF Level 2 "Retail Management" Learnership with EDCON and the W&R SETA. Through that knowledge i have gone and become "3rd Key Holder" for Ackermans. I enjoy engaging with customers in consultative dialogues not only to identify their problems, but to learn about *why* they are shopping for specific items.
