Human Resource and Industrial relations specialist started as assistance in HR and IR office at Durpro workforce Solutions, which I served 12 full months of my internship programme before I was hired by Tafadzwa to assist with recruitment & other HR Administrative work during the recruitment of traffic officers at Durban. I also got to join MSC labour Solutions as an Industrial Relations Adviser in all labour Dispute/matters (from 2018 Nov). I served most amazing & challenging 7 months before being hired by the University of KwaZulu Natal to be residence assistance at HOMII LIFESTYLE. I have great experience in a highly industrialized, unionized & manufacturing industry and in handling dispute.
