I am a seasoned HR Practitioner with over 25 years of work experience. I have privileged to work mostly in integrative HR roles as Organizational Development Practitioner. Simply, I have often been tasked to develop HR offerings that are integrated from onboarding to development, to performance management of leaders. I have also worked with external community environments, ranging from community consultations to enterprise development support. The management of external community environments has proven to be part of the extended HR role. With strong conceptual skills supported by my academic training, I am highly competent in "reading" situations and devise responsive strategies. Learning being a lifelong quest, I am currently doing my Executive MBA with UCT whi h is further sharpening my capabilities as a leader.
