My main objective is to ensure employees and clients has being provided by a safe workplace, in order to prevent employees to being harmed at work, as young inspiration safety officer is that which I also ensure, the lives of employees matters. my secret to enable to do this is to focus on planning ,organising , leading and managing ,I foresee my self as a Co-ordinator of individual and group activities in order to ensure optimal performance and success in work place.
