I'm currently doing daily medical aid claims for a General Practitioner with a average of 35 consultations on a daily basis. I have a rejection rate of around +- 2 claims per day due to clients having exhausted the day to day funds. I have an indepth knowledge of the ICD 10 codes. Current I'm using Pulse software via PRACMED to process our claims daily.
