Silindokuhle Dangazele, Cybersecurity Specialist (Specializing in System Engineering). I am a highly skilled cybersecurity specialist, experienced in system engineering. The core part of my skillset is ensuring that all systems and processes are operating at optimum levels and that they are compliant with the organizations policies and standards. This includes mitigating any risks that maybe incurred should there be software/hardware failure, in order to minimize impact on business. I am also skilled in generating reports, that easily are understood by specialists, management and clients, that demonstrate the performance levels of all systems and processes. Part of my role was to proactively research new global innovations and industry changes and inform the organization should the need arise to upgrade existing systems. This also includes constantly upskilling myself to ensure that, should the organization deploy new solutions, I would be able to keep up with the changes. I was also a part of the team that provided both online and in person training campaigns with company staff, to keep staff informed and educated on the systems, processes and policies that the organization has in place, to ensure that all employees are compliant with the organizations procedures.
