I possess 12 working experience with Department of Health as a Lay Counsellor in KZN, at Ncwadi Clinic, doing Pre and post test counselling : June 2003-August 2015. 2 years experience as Community Based Social Worker doing Palliative care and psychosocial support at Thembalethu Care Organisation : September 2015-August 2017. 13 Months experience as Community Systems Technical Officer, at Right to Care, training and mentoring Lay counsellors on Health Strengthening Services particularly on HTS: September 2017-September 2018. Currently working as HTS Project Coordinator at Anova Health Institute, proving technical support, train and mentoring counsellors in HTS. Coordinating HTS activities.: January 2019 up to date.
