Dear Sir/Mam Have completed Multi Disaplinary in Draughting course a few days ago awaiting results. Auto CAD 90%, have done also 3D modeling. Have had exposure to Inventer and Revit. Currently looking for entry possition. Preciously had experience in. Design:- Sending sketches and drawn up concepts that client wants and try to make practical. Send off to architect. Correct issues and changes on plan and send to architects/designer to fifull the clients requirements. Contract/Project management, coordination internal all finishes & services, Site Foreman. In excess of 10 years experience. Construction:- residential construction and interior fit-outs managing contracts, sub-contractors, micro managing contractors where required, costs and design resolution formulating a program that all clients involved in the Project agree on. Quality control and Snagging:- Designing documentation, training staff on completing it and ensure it is completed correctly. Snagging to agreed standed. Co-ordination:- Complex and simple projects, from services to final finishes and fixtures. Demolition:-  residential, Commercial, and Complete factories and warehouses, also strip outside taking to White box. Safety :- All of the above was involved in formulating of Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessment. Also ensuring that they were practical, enforced and reassessed if required.
