I am currently an HR intern and I have been involved in a number of activities spanning across the full HR function. My major tasks for the year were to assist in compiling the legislative submissions such as the EE report and the WSP/ATR submissions. In line with this I was also involved with organizing and implementing training initiatives and assisting with and planning all of our graduate recruitment events. I have been actively involved with finding innovative ways to improve current administrative processes to make it easier and less time-consuming and these processes have been documented to be used in future. .i am also really good at admin management and i always find efficient ways to organise admin.
