I believe the reason why I am the most suitable candidate for this position is because in my work background I have 4 year administrative experience. I am well presented, friendly, reliable, punctual and diligent. I have good written and verbal communication skills. One of my attributes is that I am a charismatic pragmatist. I am able to cope well under pressure and can work well within a team. I am not only knowledgeable with MS Office with advanced excel. I am also well informed with filing and record keeping electronically and manually. I have also worked on different databases, namely SAP production, Jobseeker database and ITS. I have gained sufficient amount of administrative and client orientated experience as I liaised with members of public, line departments and contractors via e-mail and the telephone on a daily basis. I believe that I meet most of the necessary requirements and skills to complete any given task assigned to me and it will be done in the most effective and efficient way.
