I am a college graduate with good communication and problem-solving skills with 7 years of experience ensuring outstanding customer service whilst assisting the sales department as an administrator. Through my work experience as an administrator, I learned the art of meeting the customer's needs while demonstrating a commitment to maximising customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, I am also very good at time management and going the extra mile to ensure that any tasks undertaken are completed properly and on time. Furthermore, I am skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks accounting software, and Outlook. I can also learn new software from its internal demo mode. Additionally, during my studies, I volunteered with an organisation called Friends International, where I was required to greet and seat the international students. I would also offer the student's tea or coffee before seating them. Once the event was over, I would also ensure that all tables were cleared and cleaned.
