Freelance Swimming Coach specializing in: Mom and Tot Baby Swim (6-18 months - 30Minute lesson) Learn to Swim (18 months Upward - 30Minute lesson) Adult Swim (18 Years upward - 30Minute lesson) Stroke Correction (6-8 years upward - 45 Minute lesson) If you have access to a swimming pool, we come to you with our own equipment and fun filled encouraging lessons, with results that speak for themselves. All lessons are private One on One lessons. Mom and Tot Baby Swim requires 1 Parent in the water as well. Fee Structure: Our rate is based per lesson. Option 1. 1 Lesson Per ****@*****.*** * 1 lesson Per week x 4 weeks = R800 Per month (4 Lessons) Option 2. 2 Lessons Per ****@*****.*** Per Lesson * 2 Lessons Per Week x 4 Weeks = R1200 Per Month (8 Lessons) Option 3. 6 Lessons Per ****@*****.*** Flat Rate. You decide how many Lessons Per Week (Flexible with days/ Hours) Difference Between Option 1, 2 & 3? Option 2 gives you double the amount of swimming time for only R400 extra per month and at a discounted rate. Discount will be given for advanced monthly bookings on Option 2 ONLY. Please note: A minimum of 3 Months Commitment is required For you to receive a discounted monthly rate. ( you’ll receive R100 off for each Month that you book.) Swimming is a way of making new friends, and making learning fun. Throughout each lesson we teach more than just swimming: Important life skills, discipline, learning numbers and colors, coordination skills from young. water safety, general safety. Teaching them how to take and follow instruction And how to listen. Increase their confidence and model the youth into better leaders of tomorrow by instilling core morals, values and sportsmanship. Along with this we try and help you understand the heath benefits of swimming too: * You’re less than half your weight in the water so the excess stress and pressure that gravity provides isn’t there anymore so no more achy muscles and joints. * Increase muscular strength, muscle tone and bone strength. * Builds greater lung capacity for athletes or asthmatics. * Improved flexibility and fully body workout * Apart from us loving it, it actually strengthens the heart, which leads to more efficient pumping and allows for better blood flow. * Alleviates stress, Maintain good weight, coordination and posture.
